What is Bespoke Wellness Coaching?

It is personalized health coaching because one size fits all models don’t work. That said, I’m going to give you lots of information about supportive nutrition, restorative sleep and essential movement. Your learning curve might be huge but as a health coach I am no expert on what you should do. I’m your partner and facilitator. I support you in taking action, creating plans and achieving goals that are aligned with your ideas, values, interests and experiences. I use a client-centered approach because you know what you need to do to reignite your spark. I help you get there with clarity, awareness and action.

We get laser-focused on what you want and why you want it. You’ll create a compelling statement of who you are and what healthy behaviors you want to consistently do with ease and joy.

What self sabotaging habits and patterns are keeping you from your vision? We get real and get intentional on your non-negotiables to create support structures that keep you in alignment.

Action

You’ve learned with new ways of eating, resting and moving. You’re experimenting with new strategies. As we move through the obstacles, you’re living with more intention. This feels good; you’re glowing!

You can add coaching sessions a la carte. I’m here for you but you’re ready to start on your own, on your own time.

    Access to the Metabolic Flexibility Program online with live coaching sessions each week. I’ll guide you through the enormity of content and we’ll discover where your bumping up against ingrained patterns. I’ll help you develop and implement strategies to keep you in alignment. Each week covers a different topic. This is your opportunity to tackle, with support, each topic as it comes.

    We start where you are and move through the program. You’ll ease into a new way of eating, sleeping and exercising however old habits and patterns will show up time to time. We’ll keep tweaking with an arsenal of additional coaching strategies to keep you going forward! Our biweekly check in’s offer support and accountability as you stay committed (80 percent of the time) to this way of living.
