Is it time to reignite your spark?

I’m Erin and I work with women just like you.

I know first hand what it’s like to juggle the many demands of being a woman in todays busy world. One day you wake up and realize that you’ve been at the bottom of your own list for too long. Sound familiar?

As a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and seasoned yoga teacher, I believe the mind-body connection allows us to navigate, with grace, the many changes that life naturally brings.

Weight gain, hormone imbalance, insomnia. digestive issues, stress and anxiety are not part of the natural aging process.

There is a kinder, gentler way to live the best version of yourself, now. You’ve got what it takes. I’ll help you get there.

We get there with optimized nutrition, sleep and movement.

  • Nutrition

This is not a fussy diet program that limits your love of real food. You’ll learn new ways of fueling your body based on real biochemical functioning and hunger signaling. Diet dogma leaves us hungry. Hunger always wins! Food is medicine and informs your cells to literally switch healthy genes on and disease causing ones off. Eat right and get lean, strong, fit, smart, disease free and at home in your body.

  • Sleep

We need at least eight hours of sleep a night. Biological rhythms produce cyclic pulses of healing repair to hormones and DNA while building tissue and muscle that regulate weight and mood. Risk of dementia, weight gain, diabetes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, depression, osteoporosis and depressed immunity are more likely when sleep rhythms are disturbed.

  • Movement

Avoid overtraining, burnout, illness and injury by balancing stress and rest, both in training and everyday life. You’ll build an aerobic base with comfortably paced workouts including high intensity interval training, resistance training, light sprint workouts and yoga. Emphasize rest, recovery and an intuitive approach instead of the usual robotic one you dread.

Yes, I’m ready for reignition!

“Erin guided me in making baby steps that led to manageable changes. My eating is more mindful, my weight and mood are better and my kitchen is organized to support me. Erin is kind, supportive and never judges. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if you're stuck. I never felt overwhelmed or discouraged."
